On February 11th, 9th, an 18-wheeler failed to yield the right of way to a passenger vehicle. Troopers responded to the site of the crash which happened north of Monahans on State Highway 18 and Loop 464. responders to the 18-wheeler accident said that the passenger vehicle was traveling northbound on Hwy 18 and the semi-truck was stopped on the loop at the intersection's stop sign.
