One Death in Car Accident on Highway 36

single car accident that killed one woman happened late Wednesday, Feb. 20th. Officials of the Texas Department of Public Safety informed the public that woman involved in the car accident was from Abilene. Magaret Ann Davis was northbound on Highway 36 about seven miles southeast of Abilene when she drove off the road. According to a preliminary report, she turned her vehicle back toward the road but lost control and skidded into a guardrail. While DPS is still investigating the accident, they did say that she was not wearing her seatbelt.
