Tragic Car Accidents
Driving can be a danger even when the conditions aren’t wet. Sadly, this accident ended with the loss of a young man’s life. Wearing a seatbelt should be a practice that we all willingly choose to do. With modern vehicles, there have been monumental strides in life-saving technology as opposed to cars from just a few decades ago. From airbags to advances in anti-lock braking systems, newer automobiles have a slew of things designed to help keep you safe. What do you do when they fail to do their job?
Airbags and other safety devices can hurt or kill people if they malfunction. In today’s day in age, we seem to see more and more massive vehicle recalls. This spike in recalls could be indicative of multiple things. First, it could be that there has been a decline in quality control during the manufacturing process. Another reason could be that the companies are becoming much more diligent in aftermarket review of cars and trucks they are selling. Either way, if there is a safety issue with a vehicle, people’s health and lives might be in danger. Just because seat belts are designed to keep you safe doesn’t mean that they can’t malfunction because of a manufacturing flaw or defect. In the blink of an eye, your life could be irreversibly changed by an injury.
